All cancellations must be received in writing or by email by March 23, 2020. Please send cancellation requests to registration@sustainabilityconference.ca
A $25.00 processing fee will be incurred. No refund of any kind will be given for cancellation requests received after March 23, 2020. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee. CSC reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel the CSC-2020 conference, attendees will be refunded for the amount paid for the conference.
